Judith was assaulted as a young person and became pregnant. Left to fend for herself and her baby.
When we heard the heartbreaking situation of the women we knew that God wanted us to try and help the Church in Bugesera do something to heal the injustice, shame and poverty. Judith’s journey has not been easy but with God she is now in a place where she can see a future for herself.
We know that if we can give people a skill they can then provide for their families and communities which gives them a sense of being part of the the community around them. It has taken more than just the training though.
