We train, equip and mentor future and current leaders.
Many a time leaders can become broken from the experiences they go through. Over the years we have created a place where questions can be asked and hearts shared in Uganda, Rwanda and more recently India.
Through this process leaders are formed and shaped, built up and ready to continue in their calling.

Many leaders are faced with leading groups of broken and hurting people.
We offer training that brings groups together for cross-fertilisation and peer learning as well as input from qualified leaders with decades of experience. In 2023 we developed small missional hubs that meet on a regularly to pray, learn and listen.
We work predominantly with Church Pastors and missional leaders and evangelists.
Church grows to over 300 people after Alison Fennings teaching!
This is Pastor Jean De Dieu from Musovu, Bugesera.
He was one of a group of pastors who were invited to attend the first online pastors and leaders seminar we organised last year.
When he came, he had only 70 members in his church.
Alison shared evangelism strategies, and this pastor went back and sat down with his church team and started implementing the strategy, and now the Church has grown to 390 in just a period of six months.
Alison taught from Daring to Share Your Faith during this seminar.
God opened a door in 2021 for Alison to speak online to pastors and mission leaders in India.
This is an amazing and humbling opportunity to encourage and equip those leaders who do their ministry in pressured environments.
These teachings are recorded and sent out wider to cover Thailand and Myanmar places we would struggle to go to in person.
