First Time For Everything

Last month we were able to renovate Dasila’s house for her. She loves it and it’s been enjoying it. We were able to buy her mattress which she has not had before and blankets. Previously she was sleeping on rags, directly on the floor. We have been able to capture the moment when she took the mattress inside and it’s so moving to see her happiness. The appreciation and the joy gives us an idea of how such a simple act of generosity makes in an individuals life. We were really pleased to do this, thanks to gift that came in to help complete the renovation. Stopping for the ones that we come across is often life changing.

We are praying for her constantly that this entire renovation would lift the spirits - she was very low before and troubled. It is our hope as Mission on the Move team including Pastor John in Rwanda, that it would bring a sense that God has not forgotten her. We hope she can look forward to resting well, sleeping well and enjoying the rest of her life in a safe place.

Again, thank you to all of you who’ve given so generously to make this happen you’ve been a real blessing to Dasila. Her life is changed now and she has experienced the love of God in a practical way.
