Fresh Water in Nepal

It has been so good to be able to provide freshwater to villagers for a remote area in Nepal.

The villagers in this particular area were not able to get water themselves without travelling a great distance and then loosing half the water on the way back. Many of them were getting sick by drinking and cooking using unclean. They were not able to use more local water due to being of the Christian faith. Our friend and Pastor in Nepal has visited them several times to for discipleship. With his heart full of compassion and mercy for them he reached out and asked if together with him. we could do something which we have done.

The villagers did the work of digging for water and constructing the pump an area where the water comes out of. We as Mission on the Move, provided some finance for the actual pump itself, together this has been a great partnership project to work on. The villagers are so so happy now and they don’t have to travel far. They will no longer be affected by being punished for their faith in the same way or become sick by drinking water.

Thank you to those who have diligently given to make this possible, it’s been a nice piece of mission which speaks to the area of God’s love and kindness and that doesn’t forget those who cry out from the bottom of their hearts to him when they’re in need.

We pray this will be a very good witness to the entire area of God’s love.
